Wig Policy

Processing & Shipping times

Ready to Ship Wigs have Same day Processing & Shipping when orders are placed before 4PM EST. Orders placed after will be shipped the following business day. Packages are shipped using USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Day Shipping (US Orders)

Made to Order Wigs can take up to 7 days to process. During this time I am receiving the hair from my vendor and making the wig. After that time is over, the hair is shipped using USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Day shipping (US Orders)

You Provide the Hair Wigs; For local orders wigs will be completed in 2 days. Out of town Wig Orders take up to 5 days to complete and will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Day Shipping (US Orders)

 

Refunds

Due to the nature of this business, there will be no refunds on Ready to Ship Wigs, Made to Order Wigs or Wig Construction Services.

Return/ Exchange

Returns are not accepted. If you are unsatisfied with your wig after receiving it, we will try our best to accommodate it to your liking but no refunds or exchanges will be rendered.

Cancellation

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, there will be a $25 flat fee deducted. Cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of original purchase date.

There are a few reasons why we would automatically cancel your order.

  1. Several days have passed since you’ve placed your order and we haven’t received a tracking number from you and haven’t received your hair.

  2. The billing and shipping address doesn’t match on your order information

My order was cancelled. Why?

Why do you cut the wefts/tracks?

When using a sewing machine it is essential to cut the wefts after each row is sewn down. On the sewing machine, there is no such thing as folding over the wefts. To insure the wig isn’t bulky and that it lays flat, it is a must to cut the wefts after each row.

How long does it take to make the wig?

2 Days for local customers.

Up to 5 Days for everyone else after the hair is received.

Are your wigs glueless?

Closure wigs are glue-less. Frontals wigs are not glue-less and will require some sort of install.

Do you install wigs for people locally?

Yes I am a Licensed cosmotologist and all installs can be done at at discounted price when purchasin BOUJII BUNDLES ONLY!

I purchased a wig online and live locally. Can I pick it up locally?

If you ordered the Wig Construction Service then yes. We will meet locally twice. 1) When I retrieve the hair from you 2) When I complete the wig and give it back to you.

If you order a Ready to Ship or Made to Order Wig, I will not be able to meet with you locally so that you can retrieve those wigs. To protect my business from fraud, I must have proof that you have received your package. The payment processors I use (Stripe & Payment) acknowledge a tracking number as valid proof that the package was received by the purchaser.

I purchase hair from your company. I now would like a wig. Can I receive a discount on Wig Construction Services?

There will no discount applied. You must pay the full price for the Wig Construction Service.

Do you wholesale your wigs?

No. I do not wholesale my wigs.

Are you willing to make wigs for other companies?

I do not mind making wigs for other hair companies. Your wig order will be treated just as all other wig orders. However contractual agreements MUST BE READ and Signed
